Lunch Box Menu

The lunch box menu can be used for school children or for work lunches.

Lunch Tips:

  • Wash your lunch box regularly. Bacteria can grow in there.
  • If you regularly forget your lunch, put your car keys in with your lunch. You can’t get far without your keys.
  • Don’t buy single serving sizes. It’s more waste and more expensive. Split large amounts into small containers.
  • Freeze juice boxes, milk, or bottle of water before putting it in your lunch bag to keep everything cold.
  • Cut sandwiches into puzzles for small children.
  • Avoid lunch boxes made with plastic #3 (Vinyl, PVC). PVC plastic is toxic, non-recyclable and may contain lead. A good place to look for healthy and environmentally friendly one is reusablebags.com.

Waste Free Lunch:

  • Use a reusable lunch bag.
  • Use reusable glass containers with plastic lids.
  • Use a reusable thermos or water bottle.
  • Use metal or bamboo silverware.
  • Use cloth napkins.
